What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect:
- your name and phone number
- your email address, if you give it
- your vehicle registration, if you give it
- the service you're interested in and anything you write in your message
Why we use it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a booking and carry out any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for marketing without asking you first.
Who sees it
Enquiries are delivered to us by email through Cloudflare, which hosts this website and processes the details on our behalf only to deliver them. A copy is also kept by our website provider so no enquiry is ever lost. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that they are deleted.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, or tracking. To keep spam out, the enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser to tell people from bots. Links to Instagram and Google Maps take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. To do any of this, get in touch, or write to us at the registered office address above.
If you're unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
